Return & Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges or store credit only — no cash refunds. All returns are subject to inspection and approval.
To request a return:
• Contact us at Hillcoexc@gmail.com within 14 days of the original purchase/shipment date.
• Include your order number and reason for return.
• We will provide return authorization (RA) instructions if approved. Unauthorized returns may be refused or subject to delays.
Eligibility Requirements
• Item must be returned in its original, unworn, and unwashed condition with all tags attached.
• No deodorant marks, makeup, stains, odors, or signs of wear.
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
• Final sale, clearance, discounted, or personalized items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Return Shipping & Fees
• The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and any risk of loss/damage during return transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
• We may charge a restocking fee (up to 20%) for returns that do not meet our condition requirements or for excessive returns.
• Store credit or exchange will be issued within [e.g., 7–10 business days] after we receive and inspect the item. Credit is for future purchases only and expires after [e.g., 12 months] if unused.
Damaged or Defective Items
If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours with photos. We may offer a replacement, exchange, or store credit at our discretion (subject to availability). This does not apply to normal wear or damage after use.
