Processing & Shipping Time

All in-stock orders ship within 48–72 business hours (excluding weekends and holidays). We use reliable carriers but are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damage once the order is handed to the shipping carrier. Tracking is provided when available.

Preorders

If your order includes a preorder item, the entire order will ship together once the preorder item arrives, even if other items are in stock. Free shipping (if offered) applies to the combined order.

Local Pickup

Local customers in the Hartwell, GA area are welcome to pick up in-stock items. Please contact us in advance to arrange pickup at [insert full pickup address]. Pickup orders are not eligible for shipping refunds or delays.

Shipping Area

We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship internationally.
